• In my 20s I worked at software companies in adminstrative, engineering, and product roles, with about 9 years at HashiCorp.
• Originally I am from a small mountain town in British Columbia, but I now live in Los Angeles.
• In 2023 I began working in independent film, with a focus on non-fiction and hybrid filmmaking.
• In addition, I am a software consultant on small and future-looking projects, typically oriented towards improving small-business workflows using emerging software development tools.
• I also support non-profits with time, operational advice, and money in and around the LA River Basin, focusing on the areas of housing, mental health, nutrition, addiction, and arts & culture. In 2022-2023 I worked as an EMT-B in LA County doing 911 medical response and BLS transport.
